Full job description

The Digital Marketing & Content Manager is responsible for translating the brand's vision into compelling digital campaigns and content that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. This role leads Lammle's digital storytelling, develops digital channel and content strategies, oversees organic digital channels, email marketing, CRM, and paid digital initiatives, and works closely with external media agencies to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. The role also manages the Content Creator to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality, brand-aligned content that supports business objectives across all digital touchpoints.

Content campaigns increase engagement, website traffic and sales.
Digital campaigns are executed seamlessly across all channels owned.
Strong collaboration with the media agency delivers effective paid campaigns.
The Content Creator is well directed and maintains a consistent flow of high-quality assets.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Content Strategy & Creative Direction

Develop annual and monthly content strategies.
Lead content calendar and campaign storytelling.
Develop creative concepts, shot lists and creative briefs.
Direct the Content Creator and approve final assets.
Lead lifestyle, product and campaign shoots.

2. Digital Channel Management

Manage organic social media strategy.
Lead email marketing, SMS and CRM calendars.
Oversee blog and SEO content planning.
Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels.

3. Digital Campaign Execution

Translate marketing strategies into digital campaigns.
Create assets to be used for all social platforms.
Coordinate with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing teams.
Provide assets and directions to the media agency.
Support campaign launches across all owned channels.

4. Analytics & Agency Management

Review GA4, Shopify and CRM insights.
Lead monthly agency performance reviews.
Evaluate traffic, engagement and revenue trends.
Recommend optimizations.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Research emerging digital trends, AI tools and new platforms.
Continuously improving digital processes and customer engagement.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Strong proficiency of GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Klaviyo (or similar CRM/email marketing platforms).
Experience using Canva, CapCut, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing platforms
Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, content analytics, and reporting.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools is an asset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
3+ years in digital marketing, content marketing or social media leadership.
Strong portfolio of digital campaigns and content.
Experience leading photo/video shoots and content production.
Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and email marketing.
Working knowledge of GA4, Shopify Analytics and Klaviyo.
Experience managing external agencies.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, project management and communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
