Pedi N Nails – Receptionist / Front Coordinator Position

Job Overview

Pedi N Nails is seeking a friendly and energetic Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and support our spa and beauty services. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities.

- Greet guests and create an inviting atmosphere.

- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.

- Provide information on services and pricing.

- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry.

- Keep the reception area clean and organized.

- Guide clients to the right technician.

- Handle cash and transactions accurately.

- Upsell products and services as needed.

- Support retail sales and point-of-sale tasks.

Qualifications.

- Strong English skills; multilingual is a plus.

- Experience in the spa or beauty industry preferred.

- Good computer and scheduling/POS software skills.

- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

- Reliability in cash handling and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Work Environment & Requirements.

- Positions available full-time and part-time; flexibility with a schedule is essential.

- Must work in the salon (no remote work).

Pay & Benefits

- Hourly pay: $19 to $23.00, with a student rate of $18.00/hour. - Paid holidays (if eligible), discounts on services, paid training, and vacation pay .If you have any questions, please reach out! We look forward to your application.
