Job Summary

Sundial Lakeview Retirement is currently looking for a Full Time Receptionist. This position could work Weekdays/ Afternoons and Weekends on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Receptionist will perform a variety of Reception and clerical duties such as operation of the telephone system, greeting the visitors and our Residents, family members and potential Resident, providing routine information, typing/clerical support to all departments, filing, data entry, petty cash and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to deal with others effectively, including responding to requests from Residents and family members
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
You must have experience in working in a Retirement Home
