Details:
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. This role involves monitoring property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a professional demeanor, and relevant experience in law enforcement or surveillance. This is a paid position that offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe and secure environment.

Security Guard: Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Monitor and control access to buildings, properties, and restricted areas.
Observe, identify, and report suspicious activities, incidents, hazards, or security breaches.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance.
Complete accurate and timely reports, logs, and incident documentation.
Provide professional customer service and assistance to clients, visitors, and the public.
Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist with emergency evacuations and coordinate with emergency responders when required.
Protect client property, assets, and personnel from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Hero Security's standards of excellence at all times.
Must have a valid BC security Licence

Hiring : Security Guards Full time , Part Time and on call basis

Medical Benefits:covered after 90 days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week

Work Location: In person
