Position Summary
Louenhide North America is seeking a passionate, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of growth for our North American business.
Founded in Australia nearly 20 years ago, Louenhide creates beautiful, functional, and affordable handbags and accessories designed to help women feel organized, confident, and ready for the day ahead. Today, the brand is sold through thousands of retail partners across Australia, North America, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Europe, while continuing to expand its direct-to-consumer business online.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognized brand and play a key role in growing our online retail presence across Canada and the United States. Working closely with the CMO, you will help bring marketing strategies to life across social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, e-commerce, and paid media.
As the operational hub of the marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, updating the retail website, managing marketing programs, supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution across all channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about e-commerce, brand building, customer experience, and marketing performance.
This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations
- Own and maintain the master marketing calendar.
- Coordinate marketing activity across paid media, social media, email marketing, influencer programs, and e-commerce.
- Manage project timelines and campaign execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing asset and content libraries.
- Support weekly planning and reporting processes.
Social Media
- Manage social media content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across social channels.
- Coordinate creative assets from Australia and local sources.
- Monitor community engagement and respond as required.
- Track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing
- Execute weekly email campaigns.
- Manage campaign calendars and deployment schedules.
- Build and deploy email campaigns.
- Segment audiences and manage subscriber lists.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of lifecycle marketing programs.
Influencer Marketing
- Manage influencer outreach and relationship development.
- Coordinate product gifting and campaign logistics.
- Track creator performance and reporting.
- Support ambassador and partnership programs.
Website & E-Commerce Support
- Manage product and collection updates across the website.
- Coordinate homepage, landing page, and promotional updates.
- Support merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain website marketing assets and content.
- Conduct website quality assurance and testing.
Paid Media Support
- Coordinate with paid media agency partners.
- Manage creative asset requests and delivery.
- Support campaign launches and promotional activity.
- Gather and organize campaign reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly KPI reporting.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Assist with GA4 reporting and analysis.
- Compile campaign performance insights and recommendations.
Skills & ExperienceRequired
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing social media and email marketing programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with marketing and productivity tools.
Preferred
- Experience working with consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing programs.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics.
- Photoshop or creative asset editing skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
