Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Server/Domestic to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional food service and domestic assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, food preparation, and customer service, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and patients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities:

A Domestic Server at a fishing resort typically has a range of responsibilities focused on providing excellent service to guests and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Here are some common duties:

1. Guest Service:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.

- Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations as needed.

- Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and professionally.

- A focus on guest service and maintaining a pleasant experience

2. Food Preparation Assistance:

- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.

- Set up dining areas for meals, ensuring that tables are properly arranged and decorated.

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.

- Clear tables and assist with resetting them after guests leave.

- Ensure that all dining utensils, glassware, and linen are clean and in good condition. - Domestic Duties – Housekeeping – Cleaning Guest Rooms and Common Areas.

4. Coordination with Kitchen Staff:

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.

- Assist with inventory management and notify supervisors of any shortages in supplies.

5. Event Support:

- Help set up for special events, such as parties or fishing tournaments hosted at the resort.

- Provide support during events, including serving guests and managing food stations.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

7. Customer Feedback:

- Listen to guest feedback and respond/ report appropriately to any concerns or requests.

- Work to resolve any issues that arise during service to enhance guest satisfaction.

8. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.

9. Billing and Payments:

- Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
