Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Warehouse/Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations while providing exceptional sales and customer service in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for technology and product demonstrations. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve a diverse customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise, enhance merchandising skills, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Duties

Assist customers by providing product information, demonstrations, and technical sales support
Manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and product placement to optimize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales volume
Maintain organized stock areas and ensure products are properly merchandised
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Handle cashiering duties including processing payments accurately and efficiently
Support warehouse functions such as receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing products for display or sale
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
Fork lift certified would be an asset

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
