What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist at CTC, you’ll be part of a passionate team empowering clients in their recovery and independence. Your role includes:
- Personalized Rehabilitation – Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans for home, community, and inpatient settings, focusing on functional independence and goal achievement.
- Innovative Solutions – Implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and ergonomic strategies to maximize function and mobility.
- Client & Family Education – Provide guidance on daily living activities (ADLs), injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies for long-term success.
- Collaborative Care – Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and claims specialists to ensure seamless client care.
- Lifelong Learning – Stay current with clinical research, evolving rehabilitation techniques, and industry advancements to provide evidence-based therapy.

Your Qualifications
- Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
- Passion for community rehabilitation, functional recovery, and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse healthcare settings.
About the Location
- We are lucky to have offices in some of the most beautiful locations in BC. We are hiring in Penticton, Kelowna, Kamloops, Victoria, Prince George and Terrace.
