Bridal Sales Consultant
Chic Bridals is a fast-paced, luxury bridal environment where exceptional service, teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, kind, capable, and comfortable working with urgency.
This is a hands-on role. Our team is active throughout the day, and depending on the position, you may be assisting clients, moving and organizing gowns, steaming, cleaning, preparing appointments, completing operational tasks, solving problems, and supporting other team members.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys being busy and takes pride in getting things done.
This may not be the right position for someone who prefers a slow-paced environment, significant downtime, or primarily seated work.

- Comfortable working on their feet for most of the shift
- Able to maintain energy during busy days
- Fast learners who retain instructions
- Able to prioritize without becoming overwhelmed
- Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting quickly
- Proactive and able to see what needs to be done
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Warm, respectful, and professional with clients and coworkers
- Willing to help outside of their immediate responsibilities when the team needs support
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Accountable for their work and mistakes
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Motivated by high standards and strong results
Our Work Environment
Our stores can become extremely busy, particularly on weekends and during peak seasons.
A successful team member must be able to move between tasks quickly while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
There may be periods where you are managing several priorities at once. We expect our team to communicate, help one another, remain respectful under pressure, and contribute to a positive environment.
We value kindness, but we also value accountability.
Being a great teammate means showing up when others are relying on you, completing your responsibilities, communicating clearly, helping when needed, and contributing positively even on difficult days.
Physical & Scheduling Expectations
This role requires the ability to remain active and on your feet for most of the working day and to perform the physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where required.
Weekend availability is required.
Applicants should have dependable transportation and be able to reliably attend all scheduled shifts.
