Our team includes Dr. Jeffrey Hockley and Dr. Zahraa Cherri who are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. At Hockley Family Dentistry, we are committed to involving patients in their care and ensuring they feel confident in their treatment plans. Our goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where both patients and team members feel valued and cared for.

Hockley Family Dentistry is looking to add to thier team to support patient demand. They welcome applicants looking to work part time.

Schedule:

Part time
3 days per week
24 hours per week
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Your Role:

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

About You:

Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
