We take pride in being a leader in the poultry industry, committed to innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a unionized manufacturing setting and making an impact in the Hatchery industry

Based out of Cambridge, ON, Headquarters, Jamesway Incubator Company Inc. is looking for a Door Assembler on Day shift; 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a unionized, make to order manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working inside a manufacturing industry (preferred).
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments; torque wrenches, calipers etc. for assembling incubator doors.
Read and interpret instructions, schematics, blueprints and drawings for assembling parts.
Excellent time management skills to meet production targets & deadlines.
Knowledgeable of Health & Safety regulations & promoting a safe work culture.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Excellent attendance record.
