Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook/ sous chef to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, transforming fresh ingredients into delicious, beautifully presented dishes that delight our guests. Your energy, culinary skills, and attention to detail will ensure every plate served meets our high standards of quality and flavor. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and enthusiasm, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
Assist with food plating and presentation to create visually appealing meals that enhance the dining experience.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes based on customer feedback.
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
Maintain proper food handling procedures during cooking, storage, and service to ensure freshness and safety.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques across different cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
Experience working in fine dining or catering environments is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and service excellence.
