Paver Restore is the leading paving stone restoration company in Waterloo Region. We don't replace surfaces — we restore them. Our clients preserve their investment, and we deliver results that last.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced hardscape professional to become the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in assessing projects before they reach our production team.
This is not a sales position.
This is not a labour position.
This is one of the most knowledge-intensive and important roles in our company.
What You'll Do
You will be the first Paver Restore representative a client meets.
Each day, you'll travel throughout Waterloo Region, typically completing four to six site visits. Your role is to assess hardscape surfaces, identify issues, determine the cause of failures, and recommend the appropriate repair scope.
You will:
- Conduct on-site hardscape assessments
- Ask homeowners the right questions to fully understand project needs
- Capture 3D scans of properties using Polycam
- Record detailed scope videos for our estimating team
- Document repair recommendations and project requirements
- Qualify leads and determine whether projects are a good fit
- Provide complete and accurate handoffs to our estimating team
Your goal is to provide our estimators with everything they need to prepare a proposal without requiring additional clarification.
What Success Looks Like
A successful day includes:
- Four to six completed site visits
- Homeowners who feel informed, respected, and confident
- Clear scope videos recorded at each property
- Accurate documentation of labour requirements, materials, and project scope
- 3D scans uploaded and organized
- Scope videos submitted before the end of the day
- No follow-up questions from the estimating team the next morning
Who You Are
You have years — and likely decades — of experience in hardscape construction.
You have built projects, diagnosed failures, managed crews, estimated jobs, or operated your own business. You understand how paving stone systems are built, why they fail, and how they should be repaired properly.
You may be at a stage in your career where you want to focus on what you do best without the stress and responsibility of running a company.

RequirementsNon-Negotiable
- Extensive hardscape knowledge and experience
- Ability to diagnose paving stone failures and recommend appropriate repairs independently
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, interlock, or related trades
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, video recording, and file uploads
- Ability to travel throughout Waterloo Region daily
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses

- Mileage reimbursement for all site visits (CRA rate of $0.70/km)
