Full job description

Job Summary
MacNutt Enterprises/Rainbow Valley Nursery is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. The schedule we need to fill is Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 3pm/8am - 4pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This position requires a blend of clerical skills, customer service skills, proficiency in office software; and experience in health & safety is an asset.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Facilitate front desk activities including greeting visitors and completing transactions in a timely manner.
Handling phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Data entry and filing.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Maintaining office cleanliness.
Daily health and safety monitoring.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills, meeting customer expectations quickly and effectively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in Occupational Health and Safety an asset.

Wage will be based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
