As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dedicated Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a key role in ensuring every vehicle — new or pre-owned — is presented at the highest standard. From delivery preparation to lot presentation, your work directly impacts the customer experience and our dealership’s reputation.

What You’ll Do

Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles for delivery and display, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
Perform paint correction, buffing, and scratch removal as needed
Complete interior detailing including shampooing, stain removal, and conditioning of leather/vinyl surfaces
Clean engine bays, wheels, rims, and hard-to-reach areas to dealership standards
Apply protective treatments (fabric guard, paint protection, etc.)
Ensure all vehicles are presentation-ready for customers and showroom display
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
Safely handle all cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with safety guidelines
Support the sales and service teams with timely turnaround of vehicles
Perform additional duties as required

What You Bring

1+ years of automotive detailing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
Experience with polishing, buffing, and paint correction is an asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (asset)
