Administrative Assistant (Temporary to Start)

Lloydminster, AB/SK

$24.00 - $28.00/hour

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a temporary opportunity with a well-established local employer. This position offers guaranteed hours, a supportive team environment, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

What’s Offered:

Starting wage of $24.00 - $28.00/hour
Guaranteed minimum of 80 hours per month, with up to 160 hours available
Office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling may be considered for the right candidate
Strong team culture focused on performance and work-life balance
Benefits available upon permanent hire
Position expected to run through September, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment

Responsibilities:

Invoicing, accounts administration and record management
General administrative support
Data entry and document preparation
Microsoft Excel and Word-based tasks
Maintaining organized and accurate records
Supporting a safe and efficient workplace

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Safety data experience is considered an asset
