Call Centre Representative
Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week
Starting Wage: $25 Per Hour
Start Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
This role operates under a hybrid work model. Candidates must be local to London, Ontario.
Employees will rotate into our physical office approximately 3 times a year for 5 weeks at a time.
Rotating shifts within the following hours:
Monday–Friday:
7:30 am – 4:00 pm (“Morning Shift”)
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
11:30 am – 8:00 pm (“Afternoon Shift”)
Saturday–Sunday:
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Team members typically work:
- Approximately two weekends per month
- An average of one morning shift or afternoon shift per month
We are open on Canadian holidays (closed Labour Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). Holiday shifts are rotated among all staff.
Training is completed in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, for the first six weeks.Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid passport for occasional travel requirements.

What We Do
We connect Disney Vacation Club Owners with guests seeking affordable stays at Disney Deluxe Resorts. We help DVC Owners earn money back on unused points, while assisting guests in saving on their accommodations. A Typical Day
- Act as the primary contact for guests and Disney Vacation Club Owners across phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate our processes and policies with clarity, positivity, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed note-taking within internal systems.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate point rentals and reservation bookings.
