Overview

We’re excited to announce that an opportunity has opened for a Detailer. We are looking for an individual with a great personality, loves the Motorsports/Marine Industry, who takes pride in their work, and who enjoys working with a great team. We encourage you to apply!

Customer satisfaction is one of your top priorities. The applicant should have a proven ability to multi-task and be self-motivated, work positively/professionally and effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily tasks and deliveries with the Sales Team.
Organize, move, and park customer and dealership units on the lot.
Load and unload motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, trailers, and other equipment.
Inspect incoming and outgoing units for damage.
Refuel dealership units and equipment as required.
Clean, wash, and detail units to ensure they are customer-ready.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dealership property, shop, and yard.
Assist with customer unit deliveries and pickups throughout Nova Scotia.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute positively to the team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Previous experience in the automotive, motorsports, marine, or service industry is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
Valid Nova Scotia Driver's Licence required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Ability move equipment safely.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Frequent use of hands, arms, and feet when operating equipment and handling units.
