À propos du poste :
Le ou la soutien administratif supporte les différents départements dans leurs fonctions journalières. Il ou elle voit à appuyer les équipes dans les tâches administratives liées aux opérations et au bon fonctionnement de la succursale. La personne titulaire du poste agit également à titre de premier point de contact pour les visiteurs, clients et fournisseurs, tout en offrant un soutien au département du service à la clientèle lors des périodes de pointe.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

Agir à titre d’ambassadeur de MacLean Engineering lors de l’accueil des clients, visiteurs et fournisseurs à la succursale, ainsi qu’au téléphone.

Recevoir, filtrer et diriger les appels, courriels et demandes vers les ressources internes appropriées.

Supporter les départements d’administration et des ressources humaines dans diverses tâches administratives quotidiennes.

Appuyer le département du service à la clientèle (CSR) lors des périodes de pointe et selon les besoins opérationnels.

Effectuer la gestion des fournitures de bureau, de la papeterie et du matériel administratif.

Créer, modifier et mettre en page différents documents administratifs tels que lettres, tableaux, rapports et formulaires.

Assister la direction dans la préparation de rapports, suivis et tâches reliées à la santé et sécurité au travail (SST).

Maintenir des dossiers administratifs organisés et assurer un suivi rigoureux des documents.

Participer au maintien d’un environnement de travail professionnel, sécuritaire et accueillant.

Respecter les politiques et procédures de la compagnie.

Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste.
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS
-
Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) requis.
-
Formation en administration, bureautique, secrétariat ou toute autre formation pertinente constitue un atout.

Formation en service à la clientèle ou expérience équivalente considérée comme un atout.
-
Expérience dans un poste administratif, de réception ou de soutien à la clientèle.

Excellentes habiletés en communication et en service à la clientèle.
-
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir les priorités.
-
Bon sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
-
Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu’en équipe.

Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Être bilingue (français et anglais).

Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel constitue un atout.

About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant supports various departments in their day-to-day operations. He or she assists teams with administrative tasks related to operations and the smooth running of the branch. The person in this role also acts as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers, while providing support to the customer service department during peak periods.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as an ambassador for MacLean Engineering when greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers at the branch, as well as over the phone.

Receive, screen, and direct calls, emails, and requests to the appropriate internal resources.

Support the administration and human resources departments with various daily administrative tasks.

Assist the customer service department (CSR) during peak periods and as operational needs arise.
-
Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative materials.
-
Create, edit, and format various administrative documents such as letters, tables, reports, and forms.
-
Assist management in preparing reports, follow-ups, and tasks related to occupational health and safety (H&S).
-
Maintain organized administrative files and ensure rigorous tracking of documents.
-
Help maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming work environment.
-
Comply with company policies and procedures.
-
Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma required.
-
Training in administration, office automation, secretarial work, or any other relevant training is an asset.
-
Training in customer service or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
-
Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer support role.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Must be bilingual (French and English).

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset.
