Full job description

We are looking for at least one full-time Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service on every call.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles using proper towing procedures
Operate company vehicles and equipment in accordance with all safety policies and traffic laws
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, dispatch, and teammates
Utilize required apps/programs (e.g., Towbook, CAA platforms) to receive, manage, and complete calls
Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly
Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times
Represent the company professionally on every call and at every customer interaction

Requirements

Valid Tow Driver Certificate (required)
Valid DZ driver’s licence with a clean driving record (required)
Clean criminal background check
1–2 years of experience in the towing industry preferred (training may be provided to the right candidate)
Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution skills
Ability to learn and utilize various apps and programs required to receive and manage calls (e.g., Towbook, CAA applications)
Strong attention to detail and a “do it right the first time” mentality
Willingness to ask for help if unsure and follow directions
Ability to follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Must live in Tiny, Penetanguishene, or Midland areas to meet contracted response and arrival times for our customers
