Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the hospitality industry and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assist servers by providing timely support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling practices.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction and address any customer needs or concerns.
Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with food preparation when required.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the food industry, particularly in food service or restaurant settings, is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
Capability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Smart Serve Certified.
