We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to own strategic enablement programs across Hootsuite's entire revenue function, spanning sales, customer success and partner-facing roles. This is a hands-on, high-impact position responsible for translating Hootsuite's integrated Go-To-Market strategy into the programs, content, and skills that give our revenue teams a competitive edge across the full customer journey.
This role works at the intersection of strategy and execution, building the programs, playbooks, coaching frameworks, and learning systems that directly influence how quickly and effectively our revenue teams perform. The scope of this role adapts to evolving business priorities, with focus areas shifting between growth initiatives, and at other times on customer retention, expansion, or broader go-to-market priorities, often, activating across multiple areas simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain enablement assets across the revenue lifecycle, including sales playbooks and talk tracks, renewal and expansion motion frameworks, and competitive and value-based selling materials, in close partnership with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations, ensuring teams always have access to current, field-tested resources when they need them.
- Translate Hootsuite's integrated GTM positioning and value-based methodology into training programs that are practical, repeatable, and directly applicable to driving pipeline, retention, and expansion, delivered in the flow of the tools teams already use rather than through a separate LMS.
- Build and manage a coaching cadence across the revenue function, leveraging AI conversation intelligence, customer health data, and real-time role-play simulation to surface skill gaps and deliver targeted, personalized coaching interventions in partnership with frontline managers.
- Design and run AI enablement and transformation programs that increase AI fluency across the revenue organization, embedding AI copilots, agents, conversation intelligence, and automated workflows into revenue processes to improve productivity, adoption, and performance.
- Design and deliver enablement programs for product launches, pricing changes, GTM plays, sales motions, and CS motion updates in collaboration with Product Marketing, RevOps, and revenue leadership to ensure field readiness ahead of every change.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to drive adoption of new tools, systems, and CRM and CS workflows, translating process and system changes into clear, low-friction learning experiences that accelerate uptake and consistency across teams.
- Establish, analyze, monitor, track and report enablement metrics tied to revenue performance, such as ramp time, methodology adoption, program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, win rates, NRR, and expansion, iterating on programs based on data, field feedback, and manager input.
- Serve as an active member of the Revenue Enablement Council, contributing cross-functional insights and ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, sequenced, and communicated across the GTM organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales or customer success enablement, or a quota-carrying sales, CSM, or account management role within a B2B SaaS company. Background in consulting or strategic advisory is a major plus.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enablement programs with measurable impact on ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, NRR, or expansion pipeline
- AI-first, AI-native operator: fluent using AI in daily work and proven at running AI upskilling or transformation programs, with a practical understanding of how to embed AI copilots, agents, conversation intelligence, and automated coaching into revenue workflows to drive adoption and performance.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales and customer success motions, including value-based methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Command the Message, Challenger, Value Selling) and post-sale frameworks such as health scoring, QBR/EBR, value realization, and renewal and expansion
- Experience leveraging Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence platforms to analyze performance and build coaching programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and modern content, CS, and sales tools (e.g., Gainsight, Accord)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and CS Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to build programs that land in the field and are commercially rigorous
- Strong facilitation and communication skills. Equally effective designing an asynchronous learning module and running a live workshop with a room full of senior AEs, CSMs, and renewal owners
