What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Professional oral and written communication skills in French and English
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help others
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to navigate challenging situations
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Confidence communicating clearly and thinking on your feet
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call centre experience is considered an asset)
