Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food quality, safety, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items in compliance with health regulations
Replenish buffet or serving stations with fresh food and supplies throughout the shift
Assist guests with inquiries, seating arrangements, and overall hospitality needs
Monitor food temperatures and quality to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages as needed
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation standards

Additional Assigned Duties (Ground Floor Areas)
Clean and maintain ground‑floor public areas, including:
Lobby seating area
Hallways and entrances
Elevator area
Public washrooms
Coffee station and guest-use microwave/fridge areas
Spot‑clean windows, doors, and high‑touch surfaces as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation or barista skills is a plus
Ability to work early mornings and adapt to a flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles is desirable but not mandatory

This position provides an engaging environment for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality service and hospitality.

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
