We're looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Service Representative who

enjoys building lasting client relationships, and working alongside a collaborative,

supportive team.

The Role:

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients by:

Handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes and billing inquiries.
Assist with preparing renewal and remarket policies when appropriate.
Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Build strong relationships with our insurer partners.
Identify opportunities to help clients understand their evolving risks.
Maintain accurate documentation within Applied Epic.
Ensure service standards and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current RIBO License in good standing required
2+ years experience of commercial insurance brokerage experience
Strong knowledge of commercial property, liability, automobile and package policies.
Experience with Applied Epic is considered a strong asset.
CAIB and/or CIP also considered an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and client requests in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, team-first attitude and genuine commitment to client service.
