Estimator / Project Manager (Construction)
Salary: $85,000–$140,000 per year (based on experience and capabilities)

Our team is looking for someone who can help us win work, price projects accurately, and deliver successful construction projects across British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. Whether you're an experienced Construction Estimator looking for your next challenge or a seasoned Project Manager with strong estimating and bidding experience, we'd like to talk. This is not a one-size-fits-all role. We're looking for the right person, and we're prepared to compensate accordingly.
Where Do You Fit?
Construction Estimator (Salary Range: $85,000–$105,000)
If you have several years of estimating experience and can confidently prepare competitive tenders, quantity take-offs, and project pricing, you'll fit well into our team.
Estimator / Project Manager (Salary Range: $95,000–$115,000)
If you're comfortable not only pricing projects but also managing them through execution, coordinating clients, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets, you'll be rewarded for bringing additional value.
Senior Estimator / Project Manager / Bid Lead (Salary Range: $105,000–$125,000+)
If you've successfully led major bids, developed bid strategies, managed multidisciplinary projects, and consistently delivered profitable work, we're especially interested in speaking with you.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing detailed construction estimates
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Performing quantity take-offs
- Developing bid strategies
- Preparing tender submissions
- Managing commercial, industrial, civil, and modular construction projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules
- Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting business development and client relationships
Experience We're Looking For
We're flexible on titles, but we're looking for experience in areas such as:
- Commercial construction
- Industrial construction
- Civil construction
- Modular construction
- Pre-engineered buildings
- Steel structures
- Manufacturing
- Design-build projects
The more experience you bring, the greater the opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, Procore, or estimating software is an asset
- Valid driver's licence
