Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and sales support. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing online content, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. A background in graphic design, SEO, and data analytics is highly valued to optimize our marketing efforts across various channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
Manage and update company websites using WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Design engaging graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
Coordinate with sales teams to create targeted marketing materials that support lead generation and customer retention efforts.
Manage social media accounts, creating content calendars and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.
Support the integration of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and data management tasks.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events or campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or related roles.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (including AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and basic coding skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL are preferred.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of keyword research strategies and implementing SEO best practices.
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
