Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, customer service/support experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience in a real estate office, bookkeeping, or customer support is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Onboarding agents to the Brokerage and co-ordinating access to our systems
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, GMail, and real estate specific software (LoneWolf)
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support office efficiency
Word processing skills with Canva would be an asset
Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
Maintain organized office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and functional
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support administrative projects as needed, including preparing reports and managing correspondence

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), GMail, CRM management
Excellent typing speed and accuracy; experience with data entry and proofreading preferred
Previous clerical or administrative experience, ideally in a real estate setting
Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage online filing systems efficiently and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Computer literacy with good knowledge of office equipment and software tools
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
