Automotive sales experience is an asset, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for the right combination of ambition, personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Is confident and comfortable meeting new people.
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Is self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Understands the value of building a personal brand through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.
Is comfortable creating photo and video content and putting themselves out there.
Enjoys attending community events, supporting local organizations, and networking throughout Greater Fredericton.
Takes initiative and looks for ways to create new opportunities.
Provides exceptional guest service before, during, and after the sale.
Is coachable and interested in continuing to learn and improve.
Wants to build a long-term career and customer base with one of the region's most established dealerships.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will help guide guests through their vehicle purchase while building relationships designed to last well beyond the sale.

You will:

Help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs.
Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives.
Respond to leads and communicate with prospective guests by phone, email, text, and social media.
Follow up with past and prospective guests to build repeat and referral business.
Create engaging social media content to grow your personal brand and customer base.
Build relationships throughout the Greater Fredericton community.
Participate in dealership promotions, community events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Ford vehicles, features, programs, and incentives.
Work alongside our sales and finance teams to provide an exceptional experience from the first conversation through delivery and beyond.
