Full job description

We're looking for an energetic, dependable Vehicle Appearance & Accessories Technician to join our dealership team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, keep our inventory looking its best, and install a variety of genuine and aftermarket accessories.

Whether you already have experience or you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'll provide training and opportunities to grow within our dealership.

What You'll Be Doing

Detail and recondition new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery so every customer drives away with a great first impression.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot and showroom.
Safely move and park dealership vehicles.
Install vehicle accessories such as running boards, tonneau covers, mud flaps, bug deflectors, floor liners, decals, bed accessories, trailer hitches, and other approved products.
Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle is clean, complete, and ready for sale.
Assist with seasonal lot maintenance, snow removal, and general dealership duties.
Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
Previous experience in detailing, automotive service, or accessory installation is an asset—but we're happy to train the right person.
