Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our facilities are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that enhance guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating a comfortable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces in accordance with established standards.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a safe environment for staff and guests.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Prior custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products used in professional cleaning environments.
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
