About the Role

Total Transformer Services (TTS) is growing and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Labourer & Driver to join our team.

This is a hands-on role that combines general shop labour with local driving responsibilities, including deliveries and pick-ups of materials and equipment. You’ll work alongside our technicians and office team, helping keep our shop organized, safe, and running efficiently.

If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills within the electrical power industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Assist with general labour, maintenance, and day-to-day duties within the shop.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Complete local deliveries and pick-ups as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and work area.
Support tradespeople, technicians, and other team members with shop activities and projects.
Assist with the safe handling and movement of equipment and materials.
Use basic hand and power tools as required.
Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and workplace requirements.
Take on additional shop duties and tasks as needed to support the team.

What You Bring

Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physically capable of lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.
Good attention to safety, organization, and workplace cleanliness.
Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is considered an asset.
Valid AZ driver’s license is considered a strong asset.

Additional Requirements

Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
Ability to complete local deliveries and pick-ups as required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Commitment to following TTS safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
Successful completion of a background check.
