Duties and Responsibilities

General repair to Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, Fifth-Wheels and other camping units.
Repair and maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters and air conditioners.
Perform maintenance repairs on unit components including but not limited to: siding, windows, doors, awnings, cabinets, counters, plumbing and electrical systems as well as batteries and charging systems.
Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections of units, follow the predetermined check-list.
Work with service team to log notes and pictures on work orders ensure clarity for all parties.
Work with parts department to ensure correct parts are ordered or in-stock for work orders.
Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off-site training as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

RV Technician experience considered an asset, but training is provided.
Experience in relatable field, including renovations, handyman etc.
Mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work with a teams, and individually to complete tasks and assignments.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Good written and verbal communication.

Sicard RV is open Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role covers a weekly rotation working 5 days a week.

Upon completion of training this Technician may be needed to transition to Road Crew, doing off-site repairs between the months of April to October.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
