Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary will serve as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and management, contributing to a productive and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence in a timely manner
Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events for staff and executives
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintain accurate records and filing systems both electronically and physically
Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or expense tracking
Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall office efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
