Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while driving operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about the food industry and hospitality to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a strong, motivated team.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, cash handling, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
Monitor customer service quality, address guest concerns promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food production processes and improve efficiency while maintaining excellent food industry standards.
Implement operational procedures for serving guests efficiently and managing restaurant resources effectively.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong team management skills.
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry or hospitality sector.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms; cash handling experience is essential.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Previous restaurant management experience preferred; barista experience or hotel experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to oversee restaurant operations from front to back of house effectively.
