Scheduling and prioritizing projects
Project management – Defining project goals, defining scope of work, creating timelines for projects and meeting deadlines
Monitoring project progress and relaying updates to managers and customers. Preparing progress reports
Attention to detail to verify scope of work is completed correctly to the requirements and delivered on time.
Estimating
Review and implement changes to production drawings.
Sales management
Administrative tasks including managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports including documents related to project administration
Communicating technical and project information to customers and relaying information back to project team members
Attend customer meetings to address concerns and formulate resolutions efficiently and effectively
Oversee procurement for projects
Facilitate Lead facility meetings
Ability to communicate in both oral and written form
Assume a wide variety of roles to coordinate job tasks with employees and contractors

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$42.00 per hour
