Pay & Benefits
- Blended Pay Structure of either 50% commission orup to $22/hr for full-time groomers — whichever is higher based on experience
- 100% of tips – always yours
- $500 sign-on bonus† for qualified groomers

What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional grooming services (scissoring, breed-specific cuts, grooming, de-matting, nail trimming, etc.)
- Build positive relationships with pets and their owners
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of dogs of all sizes and cats
- Collaborate with an experienced and supportive grooming team
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Passion, patience, and love for animals
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience
- Strong handling and scissoring skills
- Cleanliness and strong hygiene habits
Good-To-Have:
- Creative grooming (e.g. color, Asian fusion styles)
- Experience with puppies & senior dogs
- Pet First Aid / CPR certification
- Bather-to-groomer training background

Terms and Conditions
† Sign-on bonus is paid after 6 months and may be recovered if the employee resigns before 12 months.
