Role Overview
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in the glazing and aluminum systems trade. You will work alongside experienced assemblers and glaziers to learn how to build high-performance aluminum systems. This is a learn-on-the-job role with clear progression into a skilled trade position.

What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
- Experience working in a construction, manufacturing, carpentry, or mechanical environment (shop or site)
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and positioning materials safely throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of materials (aluminum, glass, rubber gaskets, sealants) or similar construction components
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16” and perform basic layout measurements
- Understands basic shop drawings and assembly layouts

- Open to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople
- Pays close attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling aluminum frames and components
- Learn how to read basic shop drawings and measurements
- Support glass installation and handling
- Help install gaskets, sealants, and waterproofing components
- Organize materials and prep components for production
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from lead hands and supervisors
- Support overall production flow Assist other departments when needed
