Job Description:
Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for ensuring the safety of people and properties? Oak Ridge Building Solutions is seeking Fire Alarm Technicians who are fully CFAA certified and ready to contribute their expertise to the inspection, service, maintenance, and installation of fire alarm and life safety systems. In this role, you will play a vital part in protecting lives and properties by performing various responsibilities, including:
- Conducting monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections as required.
- Performing service work and repairs on fire alarm systems.
- Participating in the installation, verification, and programming of systems.
- Being part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
What Makes You Valuable:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- CFAA registration for a minimum of 2 years.
- 2 or more years of experience in the fire alarm industry.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a high level of electronic expertise.
- Proficiency in relevant codes and standards.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable with computer and mobile device usage.
- Possession of a valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering excellent customer care.
- Willingness to collaborate within a positive team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
