Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire members to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs, exceptional customer service, and professional guidance. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on members lives while fostering a motivating and supportive environment. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing tailored workout plans, demonstrating proper techniques, and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Lead one-on-one and group training sessions with enthusiasm and expertise
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness routines
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
Use gym software for scheduling, billing and sign ups
Give gym tours and demonstrate equipment confidently
Be a positive role model
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in fitness training

Requirements

Personal Trainer Certification and First Aid & CPR certified
Cross Fit Certification is an asset
2 years experience with personal training
Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and instruct clients
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Effective time management to accommodate client schedules
Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire clients and support team collaboration
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable and confident with technology and social media
Lives the health and fitness lifestyle

-Monday - Friday 40 hours

- Sign up bonus pay

- Group program commission pay

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
