Through the Caredara™ app, practitioners can create a profile, complete onboarding, submit availability, and become part of a more flexible and responsive approach to home care.

Who We Are Looking For
We are currently welcoming:
- Personal Support Workers — PSWs
- Registered Practical Nurses — RPNs
- Registered Nurses — RNs
Practitioners should be compassionate, reliable, professional, and committed to providing safe, person-centred care in the home and community.
This opportunity may be a good fit if you are looking to pick up occasional visits, add flexible care opportunities to your schedule, support families in your community, or become part of a growing network that is helping reshape access to home care.
What It Means to Be Care-Ready
Being Care-Ready means more than creating a profile. It means being prepared, verified, and available to support families when care needs arise.
To become activated in the Care-Ready Network, practitioners must complete onboarding and submit required documentation for review.
Practitioner Requirements
Practitioners may be required to provide:
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Updated resume
- Professional license, registration, or certification (CNO/HSCPOA)
- CNO or HSCPOA license/registration number, where applicable
- Proof of liability or professional insurance
- Vulnerable Sector Check or Criminal Record Check
- Immunization records, including COVID-19 vaccination where applicable
- TB test or chest X-ray
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Any additional role-specific training or certifications
