Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Smart Serve Certification
& Food Handler Certifications required. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience by efficiently managing orders, serving food, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, and process payments efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations during checkout.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
Uphold hospitality standards by providing attentive service, responding to guest needs, and enhancing their overall experience.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
