Overview
Echelon Creative is seeking a highly skilled, organized and experienced person to join our team as a Sales and Product Advisor to assist with selling our company’s product and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Sales and Product Advisor will contribute to our Sales team and should have a strong sales background and in-depth understanding of quality customer service. Previous experience in modular/multi-family home erection is an asset.
The Sales and Product Advisor‘s responsibilities will include generating unique sales plans, emails, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives. The Sales and Product Advisor represents the Company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in residential home sales/construction, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and building and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Work well in a team focused, non-competitive sales unit.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, creating Sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing sales deals.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions and answer customer inquiries.
- Go above and beyond to learn the ins and outs Echelon Creative’s products and services.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of successful sales experience, including experience in a collaborative residential sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets, and discovering unique opportunities to add to company growth.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to travel as needed for sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
We offer competitive compensation packages which include a base salary of $50K-$100K based on experience and level of hire, a compensation package on commissions earned, as well as benefits and opportunities for career growth.
