Looking for a full-time role where you can build real skills, work with people, and feel confident in your growth over time?

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Client Advisor to join our team at our brand new Nanaimo, BC office! This is a hands-on, people-focused position where you will be interacting with clients daily, learning how to guide conversations, answer questions, and help people feel comfortable and informed about available products and services.

No previous experience is required. If you are dependable, open to learning, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face, we provide the support and guidance needed to help you succeed.

Every day is a little different. Some days move quickly, others require patience and attention to detail, but the goal remains the same: creating positive and professional experiences for the people you interact with.

What You Will Be Doing:

Speaking with clients and introducing available services and products
Asking questions to better understand what customers are looking for
Explaining options clearly and helping people feel comfortable with their decisions
Answering questions and handling concerns in a professional and straightforward way
Working alongside your team to stay consistent and continue improving
Building communication and people skills through hands-on experience each day

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

Enjoy working with people and staying active throughout the day
Prefer a fast-paced environment over sitting behind a desk full-time
Prefer active workdays where you are on your feet, engaging with clients, and staying busy throughout the day
Communicate clearly and carry yourself professionally

Have experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another people-focused environment (considered an asset, but not required)
Access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset
