Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Meat Packer and become a vital part of our food processing operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging fresh and processed meats, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities

Pack meat products accurately and efficiently according to specified weight and packaging standards
Operate meat cutting tools and machinery with precision, following all safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling before packaging
Assist with meat butchery tasks when needed, including trimming and portioning cuts
Follow all safety guidelines related to handling meat, machinery, and sanitation procedures
Support inventory management by organizing packaged products for storage or shipment

Requirements

Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food processing preferred but not required; training provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in a food industry setting
Ability to operate basic mechanical equipment used in meat packing and processing
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and cleanliness
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads safely
Basic understanding of butchery or meat cutting techniques is a plus
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery is advantageous
