Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice or Skilled Labourer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in electrical work within a dynamic construction environment. The position involves assisting licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position provides hands-on experience, skill development, and opportunities for career advancement within the electrical trade.

Duties

Assist with electrical installations, service calls, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Pull wire and install boxes, devices, lighting, and electrical equipment.
Load, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Follow company safety policies and industry regulations.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
Accurately record work performed and materials used when required.
Represent the company professionally with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.

Qualifications

Registered Electrical Apprentice or relevant construction/skilled labour experience.
Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Apprentices are expected to successfully complete all required trade school levels and make steady progress toward obtaining their Certificate of Qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

Working at Heights and/or First Aid/CPR certification.
Experience in residential, commercial, and service electrical work is an asset
Experience operating lifts, ladders, and construction equipment.
Previous construction experience
