What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing all back-of-house kitchen operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing a strong BOH team
- Managing food cost, labor, scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, consistency, and execution
- Supporting service flow and jumping in during busy periods when needed
- Ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and health standards are consistently met
- Creating a positive, respectful, and motivating kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Kitchen Management, Executive Sous Chef, or BOH leadership experience
- Background in high-volume casual dining or full-service restaurants
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, scheduling, and inventory
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
- Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Someone who leads with respect, professionalism, and positivity
