Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential spaces, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients during visits
Ensure all areas are cleaned to meet company standards and client expectations
Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to perform lduties accurately and efficiently
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
