Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic is a growing psychology practice providing client-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented assessment and treatment services across Ontario.
As we expand our clinical team and open our new in-person location in The Beaches, we are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and/or psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults, depending on the clinician’s areas of competency and interest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist looking to build or expand a private-practice caseload while benefiting from established clinic infrastructure, administrative support, referral generation, and flexibility over their schedule and clinical work.
The Role
Depending on the clinician’s interests and competencies, responsibilities may include:
- Providing individual psychological treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Conducting clinical interviews and psychological assessments
- Administering and interpreting psychometric measures
- Providing diagnostic impressions, feedback, and treatment recommendations
- Delivering evidence-based psychotherapy using approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, interpersonal, trauma-focused, and other appropriate modalities
- Developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring treatment progress
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with other health-care and rehabilitation professionals when clinically appropriate
- Participating in consultation and professional development opportunities within the clinic
Caseloads can be developed based on individual clinical interests, competencies, and areas of specialization.

Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- A graduate degree in Psychology appropriate to their intended registration category and scope of practice
- Current registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) as a Psychologist
- Competency to provide psychological services to children/adolescents and/or adults
- Experience providing evidence-based psychological assessment and/or treatment
- Knowledge of current professional, ethical, and documentation standards
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality client care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also participating in a collaborative clinical environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Assets
The following are considered assets but are not required:
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, relational concerns, or other complex clinical presentations
- Experience conducting psychological assessments
- Experience working within multidisciplinary or rehabilitation settings
- Experience with WSIB or other third-party referral sources
- Competency with more than one age group or area of practice
Location
Clinicians may provide services virtually across Ontario and/or from our Toronto office in The Beaches.
