Are you passionate about patient care and looking to grow in the eye care industry? Bluewater Optometry is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Assistant to join our dynamic team!

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly, professional attitude

Scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently
Conducting pre-testing and assisting optometrists with examinations
Educating patients on eyewear options and lens technologies
Handling insurance billing and processing payments
Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
